If you question whether or not the recipient accepted your gift card, we have a simple process to check and then send a follow-up email.
1. Check the Status
When you purchase a gift card for a friend, there are three statuses on its journey to the recipient:
AWAITING DELIVERY: This gift was scheduled to be delivered later.
NOT OPENED: The gift card has been sent; however, the recipient has not opened your gift.
ACCEPTED: The recipient has opened your gift.
You can view the status of your gift in My account > My orders
2. Review & Resend
If the gift card hasn't been accepted, resend the gift card by clicking on View Gift Details and following the helpful tips. If you need to resend the gift card there, click the Resend Gift button at the bottom of the page.
Note: For PDF purchases, contact the recipient and prompt them to scan the QR code and create an account to accept the purchase. If the recipient has lost their PDF, print it and gift it again.
