If you purchased the card for yourself,
Please check ‘MY ORDERS’ to make sure the system has recognized and accepted your purchase.
If your purchase is there, then check ‘MY WALLET’, the card should be displayed.
If you purchased an 'Exchange Card', the value of this card will be automatically placed in your account as a CREDIT at the top right-hand side of the screen. It will not be displayed in your WALLET.
If you are unable to locate your card after a successful purchase, please contact us and provide us with your order number.
If you are the Recipient of a Gift Card,
You will receive a message informing you of your Gift.
If you have an account with GCX, by accepting your Gift the system will place your Gift Card into ‘YOUR WALLET’.
If you do not have an account with GCX, when accepting your Gift, the system will ask you to create an account. The Gift Card will then be placed in ‘YOUR WALLET’
As a Recipient, if you haven’t received a message informing you of your Gift, please ask the purchaser to check the purchase details in ‘MY ORDERS’. The Gift might not have been forwarded, due to an incorrect delivery address. The purchaser will have an opportunity to correct the delivery address details and resend your Gift.
