Resolving Direct Deposit Issues

Problem: I paid for my order, but I haven't received my gift cards.

If you have yet to receive your gift cards after making a payment, there could be a few reasons for the delay. Here are the most common ones:

1. Delayed Funds:

   • Your funds might not have met the criteria for an instant deposit. The banks can sometimes delay the funds by up to 24 hours. We suggest waiting for 24 hours; if it has been longer than 24 hours, proceed to the next step.

2. Outside of Business Hours:

   • Our verification process is manual and occurs during business hours (AEST). If it's outside of business hours, wait until the next business day before proceeding.

Please call customer service for assistance if it has been longer than 24 hours and within business hours.
