There could be a couple of reasons why someone hasn’t received a gift card. Here are the most common reasons and solutions.
- Check that the Gift was sent to the correct email and or mobile number. You can find a history of your orders in my account > my orders. If the gift card status indicates 'Not Opened', Click on 'View gift card details'. Please check whether the email or mobile number is incorrect. If a change is needed, use the edit function to update the details. Then click 'Resend Gift'. This should automatically resend the Gift card to the correct address. Please note: If the Gift card status indicates 'Accepted', this means that the gift card has been opened and claimed. If your Gift has been delivered to the wrong address, there is little GCX can do in this instance, you are welcome to contact our customer support staff with your inquiry.
- It’s common that the email could be sent to the junk folder of your recipient.
- If the above two causes have been checked then try Resending the gift by clicking on the ‘Resend Gift’ button. This will resend the notification to the recipient.
